How to make a balanced meal

This post is the second part of the healty food menu and it will be a little short.

As I told you in the previous post I remembered the activities I did last year and among them was how to make a balanced meal and I want to share them with you here.

In general, making a balanced dish is very easy and to do it you have to follow these steps:

First: divide the plate into 4 sections.

Second: in part 1 and 2 (half of the plate) go the fruit and vegetables:

Third: in part 3 goes the protein (meat, chicken, fish).

Fourth: in part 4 goes the carbohydrate. 

WARNING: eat only 1 carbohydrate.

We do not usually pay much attention to the liquids we consume, but these are very important, the only essential liquid in the life of humans is water because without it we would dehydrate and we could live, we can not underestimate the consumption of water, because it is extremely important for our life. So let's drink water, my dears!

Fun fact: Water is much healthier than any fruit juice, even if it does not contain sugar.

Keep in mind: With a balanced diet and exercise we can have a healthy life.
